Today was such a nice day at Sally’s until the black haired woman yelled at the other employee in front of me the poor women with blonde and red hair was so sweet and honestly looked so sad like she was holding back tears it was so sad.
They sell products that you can’t buy a blade for and one person says they will take back product never opened and then the manager refuses. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and disappointing. If you buy a product and you have the receipt and it can’t be used only had it a few hours you should get your money back. Shame on the management team.
As a black man with curly beard hair and no idea how to tame it, i had the pleasure of gettin help from STEPHANIE! Now she doesnt work at this store, she said she worked at the sallys in corbin, she just happened to be filling in for some other workers. She hooked me up and educated me on skin treatment and a routine to get my beard looking full and free of ingrowns . THANK YOU STEPH! GIVE HER A RAISE!
