I recently decided to go from jet black to light brown and it was my first time bleaching my hair, there’s was a lady there and I feel bad for not getting her name but she was so beyond patient with me and my questions and so so so sweet! She helped me through this scary process without frying my hair and gave me some amazing tips! I will 100% be coming to Sally’s for all my hair needs from now on!
Went in with 3 little kids. Two wanted to get the Manic Panic temporary hair dye out of their hair. They each had a couple strips of colour. After explaining that I didnt want the kids natural hair colour damaged, thats why I chose Manic Panic in the first place, I asked the employee how we could get the temp dye out, without using any chemicals that would strip or harm their hair.
