Love this place, The blonde lass there was really kind when I was first trying to bleach my hair. But there was this old lady workin who completely ignored me when I was openly expressing I needed help the next time I went there. The bleach there is VERY good. Some of the hair dye does smell a little funny. I used a permanent hair dye and it actually didn't show up much at all and seemed completely gone the next week.

I came in yesterday afternoon (Oct 14) at about 5pm for help toning down but not fully covering highlights that I just had done. They were too bright and stripey looking. I was worried about fixing them myself, but left feeling confident with the recommendations made by the person who helped me. My hair looks amazing and more natural today. Thank you!
