I visit this store regularly for hair dye. I have now been on twice and the associate Nigel has gone above and beyond to answer questions. Nigel walked us through the whole at home process and the results came out exactly how we wanted. I hope Nigel gets the recognition he deserves and knows that he is awesome!

My daughter and I went in to Sally's to buy hair dye. Nigel the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind. Great experience. Will return when we need products again.

I thought I liked this store. Lots of reasonably priced products.However do not get hair dying tips from these “staff” if you can call them that. A girl with glasses fired my hair with her advice and having ethnic hair that takes forever to grow Im beyond enraged. They are not hairstylists. In fact I agree with a previous complaint they should hire some for that department or not offer help at all.
