Terrible experience today. I went in to get a toner at the Barrie location, I usually go in every few months and get the same products that I have been using for years. This time I wanted to have a look around and maybe select a different toner but when I was looking the women working told me I “need her help” and pushed me into buying products I did not want. Was greeted by the young blonde lady. That was nice. But the older lady was rude and not friendly at all. While we were looking I heard her walk up and tell the other girl she was doing things wrong and she didn't process the return properly. Then she was giving the young lady shit for not checking with us and the other couple in the store even tho the older lady already checked with us but we were just looking.
