I came in yesterday afternoon (Oct 14) at about 5pm for help toning down but not fully covering highlights that I just had done. They were too bright and stripey looking. I was worried about fixing them myself, but left feeling confident with the recommendations made by the person who helped me. My hair looks amazing and more natural today. Thank you!

I was shopping, at the Sally store location in Barrie today, for my daughter. The store manager Lorraine was absolutely amazing in the way she greeted me after a few second's of entering the store, the way she helped me identifying the products I needed and gave helpful tips for my daughter while she uses the hair care products I purchased. Lorraine also was able to assist me in with oil I needed for my trimmer. My entire store experience was a ten out of ten. I visit this store regularly for hair dye. I have now been on twice and the associate Nigel has gone above and beyond to answer questions. Nigel walked us through the whole at home process and the results came out exactly how we wanted. I hope Nigel gets the recognition he deserves and knows that he is awesome!
