I went in this store a few days ago and i was impressed the way it look . Because i had not been in there for several months due to the atmosphere it had before i felt uncomfortable . They have all new staff the manager Becky was a great help to me told me things i need to do to improve my hair . i got what she said I needed my hair looks and feels amazing . I would highly recommend this store to anyone in this area . Becky is very nice hope this store continues on the up hill path .

I have been going there for years and it's a bigger and better selection of everything hair related. The colors are exceptional and the conditioners and shampoos have plenty of great selections.

Very helpful in giving you professional advice on all products. They know when you tell them what you want to do, exactly what you need and where to find it. I have found my hair coloring products, shampoos, conditioners, brushes, & my love for coconut macadamia nut hand and body lotion! It goes on so smooth, stays on for hours, smells soft and clean, I buy one for my purse, one for bedrm, & one for bath!! It’s wonderful. Thank you to the ladies who work in the store for your knowledge, patience, & being so kind!!

There were two women, a black lady and a Muslim lady who were being very innapropriate in the store whom did not even acknowledge my presence in the store. They were cussing up a storm and being absolutely disrespectful

So very glad Sally Beauty Supply is close by. New renovations very nice. Assistants very helpful. I have bought many wonderful products which have helped my ethinic hair to recover menopause changes. I cannot afford to go to hairdressers which saves my budget. Going to Sally's today. Thanks for all you do! Sincerely, cdsn.

They would not allow me to exchange an unworn (tag still attached) facinator, although there is nothing posted stating that I could not. Shady dealings. Makes policies at will. Should be posted. Man working in the store needs to learn the law. Store on Indianapolis much better!! Stay away from this location!!
