Bobbi in the Inverness, Fl store really saved the day. I tried highlighting my hair at home with a bleaching kit I bought online. It was a disaster as I had orange hair. I went to Sally Beauty on January 19th to seek help. Bobbi spent time with me patiently answering my questions and then advising and pointing me to the products I required. Bobbi was spot on! My hair looks great! Thank you Bobbi, and thank you Sally Beauty for stocking all your awesome products.
I have been going to this Saaly's to get perms for my mother and wanted to make sure that we used the correct perm since her hair is gray and the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. She was even to remind me what we use because I can never remember.
Apparently, the woman working there didn’t think I was worth being helped. She left me standing there to go help someone else, saying she would get back to me when she was done with another person. Then, after taking way too long with this other person, I again asked for her help (she wasn’t making any effort to get back to me). She then said she needed to help yet another person before she could help me. At that point I told her to forget it and put my items down and walked out of the place.
Kudos to the staff at Manahawkin location especially to Melissa for excellent customer service. She took her time to share her expertise and help me to find the right product. They had all i needed and her help was greatly appreciated

Sally's Beauty Supply on Highway 259 .First I would say as I entered the store I felt welcomed its the first in a long time and I have visited this location for about 3 years and never had this vibes. The 2 young ladies that was working really to welcome each as they entered ( hand few due to covid 19) They were very help and knoweldgeable of their job.
