The guy emoployee is super rude and not really helpful. I had asked some questions about a few hair dyes and he wasn’t courteous at all. When I asked for recommendations he didn’t insist on any kind. No professionalism with him!
Sally’s always been a great place for me to shop. Employees have always been very helpful, patient and kind *but* today that great customer service was taken to a whole nother level. I’ve been going back and forth trying to find hair dye to match my natural color for gray coverage and I couldn’t remember which fit the most.
