I visited this Sally Beauty location on May 13, 2026. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. The only employee working that day, an African American woman, was visibly overwhelmed. When I asked for help, she said she was too busy, and later, when I realized I needed one more item, I was met with a rude comment about not deciding earlier. This was really disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Sally’s can improve their customer service at this branch.

Mind you this is my first time at a sally’s. this lady with curly hair didn’t get a chance to get her name was so incredibly rude . i accidentally dropped my water bottle i didn’t spill anything but she came over and gave me the dirtiest most evilest meanest face ever. Then she yelled at my sister for simply touching the little hair examples. i noticed she wasn’t treating the other customers like this (we were the only hispanics there) she definitely needs more training or something.

Dayana la chica nos atendió muy bien excelente servicio pero su compañera una persona muy pésima falta de cortesía hacia los clientes mala cara pésima actitud lástima. Que un lugar con muy buen producto tenga gente como ella

The young woman who works there, named Dayana, is one of the best employees I have ever seen; she was very kind to us and helped us a great deal with the questions we had. It is a shame that her colleague was so rude to us.
