What a horrible place. I definitely do not recommend it. There was a slim, old woman brown skin employee who was extremely arrogant, rude, and in a terrible mood. She clearly didn’t want to help customers. I asked her for help, and she reluctantly told me to look in a certain aisle. Very Disappointing Customer Service Very disappointed with my experience at Sally’s. The hair dye I normally use was out of stock, so I took an employee’s recommendation and purchased four boxes to keep stocked. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the product at all. I went back to exchange it for the one I normally use, but they were still out of stock. I was told to check back the following week. I came back again, and it was still out. Went in today the worker there asked me if I needed help right away, worker helped me find my products and recommended some other products very helpful and I can’t wait to dye my hair!!
I’ve been here a few times now and Grace has always been very sweet and helpful, not pushy! Also, well-stocked location
We had the same experience with that lady twice. 1st we ask if the product is buy get 1 or buy 1 get 50% off. She said no. But there is a sign that says that product is included. So, We did not take it and after we paid for everything, We were surprised how much we are paying. So we checked the receipt and we found out that she scanned it even though she already know that we did not take it. So we did asked her and she did the refund.
