During my recent visit on 12/14/2025. Overall, this store is overpriced. I'd like to highlight that one person out of the two people working, (the lady with the burgundy hair) was nice and welcoming. However, the lady with the black hair was closely watching me. The level of observation was intense. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as though I was being treated with suspicion as a potential shoplifter. It really distracted me from shopping freely and enjoying my time there. Sally beauty, as a company, has been going steadily downhill since the late 80s. This location is a prime example of poorly trained, clueless, worst group ever. This location has new bizarre staff everytime I go This was my last time. I've let everyone I go to beauty school with the trouble I've had and poor customer service at this particular location.
