Sally beauty, as a company, has been going steadily downhill since the late 80s. This location is a prime example of poorly trained, clueless, worst group ever. This location has new bizarre staff everytime I go This was my last time. I've let everyone I go to beauty school with the trouble I've had and poor customer service at this particular location.

This Sally's has such a knowledgeable and friendly team. Alyssa has helped me so much with finding dye that stays in without being permanent and they have a lot of affordable options!!! I'm never let down when I go to the Cottage Grove location!!!
The kind woman working this morning went above and beyond to help my daughter find some great curly hair products! Great selection & some great deals too.
