Very nice staff! I had to call this Bergen Sally Beauty location after I couldn’t reach the 18th St. location (I think the phone lines might’ve just been down or something cuz no ones answered all day ) I wanted to confirm that they had specific hair products in stockbefore making the trip.Jean at the Bergen location was super kind and patient! She took the time to look up every single product I asked about, explained how to use them, and even compared the products with me to help pick the best one. Thanks Jean

This store is so bad, i feel terrible for the workers that they have to work there without ac because i was only in there for 5 min and i already feel disgusting from how hot it was in this store. The manager needs to do something about this they are abusing their workers for making them work in these extreme heat conditions. The girls were very helpful but manager needs to do better!
