Door Dashed my normal color. They sent the wrong color but I didn't realize till after I colored. It's hideous. Store refused to take responsibly and told me they let the DASHERS do their own shopping instead of the supposedly knowledgeable staff. Yes, I should have verified the color before applying but this has been my routine for several years without any problems. I went in fresh off my bicycle from a hot ride through town. Looked frightful I'm sure. I'm traveling and forgot my nail file. The manager, very sweet, helped without flinching. Thanks for not making me feel awkward, I can do that all on my own
Tried to use my coupon for $5 off, after getting bombarded with emails from Sally Beauty reminding me to use it before it expired. I'm not kidding, I got at least 10 emails in one day. When the associate scanned my coupon, it wouldn't work. This was the day before the expiration date. The two young women working there tried it multiple times; including entering it manually. Great store and only location to buy salon quality products in the area and at a decent price. Their love it or leave it policy is great I've even returned open products that I was not happy with. Also, since I've been a customer at Sally's they have always been small stores in about the area of a hallway, but since this store reopened after their remodel it is spacious and so much easier to find things plus they have a huge selection and it's way bigger than it was before!!!
Such a lovely place my granddaughter loves when I take her to get stuff for her curly hair
