I was given a gift card for my birthday (June) And went to use it the other day and they told me it wasn't activated.. unfortunately i no longer had the receipt and they couldn't do anything for me.... Even though it was purchased at that store so now I have a useless gift card that should be worth 30 ..... They all seem useless and clearly have no idea how to run the store/ do their jobs( because if they did they would of activated the card properly) and some don't even know what their products even do.

I had a pedicure done and I came out horrible and my nails turn a different color that I didn’t pick , I went back and they wanted to charge me to fix it

called into the store to see if they had a product the young girl didn't even bother checking to see if they had it in stock she just dismissed my request as if I was bothering her at home. WTAF?

Horrible customer service and poor business practices. My daughter and I went to the store today (Friday 8/11) a few minutes before 10:00 (opening). The sign posted says open from10-7. We waited outside and watched the employee opening registers, getting ready etc. the store has huge windows so I know she saw us even though she did not make eye contact. At 10:00 she proceeded to turn and head towards the back employee only area and closed the door. We waited over 35 minutes past the stores opening and she never returned—not ... read more
