These people here are so rude. By the way, they talked to me and my daughter. I understand that they wanted us to hurry. But they came over like three times and 10 minutes and telling us that the cash register was going to close within so many minutes. I felt pressured to buy something which I’m definitely going to take back. I know nothing about hair and I always get the best results due to the wonderful people who work here. Today Leah helped me and she was super patient and took the time to help me with multiple questions I had. Super great experience!
I’ve been going to sally’s for years and always gotten good customer for the most Today I got incredible customer service she was so knowledgeable and helpful. My husband even noticed! I feel that is something completely lacking in a lot of places! Leah was amazing and didn’t make me feel stupid for the questions I was asking! Thank you! I left you store with a smile and feeling more knowledgeable with what I was doing. I appreciated the help so much.
Went in, store manager was on the phone with her husband, I only know this because she complained about him after. The girl that was next to her looked new and not sure of what to do. I was never greeted or asked for help, the manager stayed behind the front desk on the phone the entire time until I was ready to check out. They have items that are incorrectly priced. Leah is an absolute ALL STAR! I just had the best time learning about products and picking out exactly what I needed even though I was so picky about my ideal color. Didn't even notice the price tag because she was so awesome and personable.
