I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Sally Beauty store. I placed a 2 hour delivery order through the Sally Beauty website at 7:00 AM. The store opened at 10:00 AM, and by 3:00 PM my order still had not arrived. After being bounced between customer service and the store, I called the location only to be met by a very rude manager who repeatedly insisted they had done everything they could and that it was now my responsibility to contact Uber because the order had already been forwarded to them. With the new manager here. I believe her name is Heather ive noticed a huge improvement in inventory on shelves and the customer service here now is on point! Alot neater too! As a professional that bounces back and forth from lewis to Thurston I really appreciate having this Sally's here, especially now. I highly recommend.
