Perfect match! Thanks to the ladies at Sally Beauty Supply in Gaylord. They went out of their way to help me find a solution to my color match issue with a halo extension i bought through some company online. Using one of their products they suggested, i was able to take the brassy tones out of my blonde and wasn't out all that money on these extentions. Thanks to Kris and Maddie!
A nice selection of products and more reasonably priced than I expected. Clean store. Excellend customer service - I don't recall the name of the blonde clerk that assisted me, but she was extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful.
These two ladies changed my life. They showed me the hair tinsel (for my child who wanted to dye her hair). They literally showed me how to do it right then and there. I'm obsessed. Wish I knew how to do this before I turned 30 but WOW I love it. Thank you girls!
The young woman in the Gaylord location was so helpful and very pleasant! She seemed to go above and beyond great customer service. It was so nice because good customer service seems rare anymore. Thank you for such a pleasant visit.
