Bad customer service, retail racism . I walked into Sally’s , two associates just standing there , made eye contact and no” welcome to Sally’s” . Another customer walked in and was welcome and even offered for help . I did not receive any help . I let the employee know and all she could respond with was “ oh I’m sorry”, did you need anything help finding anything ? No nothing .

Just came into this Sally Beauty location and was very unsatisfied with my visited. I spent over 30 minutes looking for the right products for my hair along with other associates that were walking around trying to figure out things while the 2 workers were up front talking to each other, last time I checked one is supposed to be on the floor helping associates and other at the register, that is how every other location is ran ? Then at checkout I was not greeted or asked if everything was fine or if I got everything I needed... read more

I went into the store with severly chlorine dry, and over processed hair. I was waited on, and given the best leads for product to solve my hair dilemma. I thank both ladies for the time and attention. My hair feels great!
