Went into Sally beauty with the idea to colour my hair but not sure what brand or developer to use. Evelyn helped me right away to make the process more smooth and had a lot of reccomendations for the entire process. Haven't coloured my hair yet but so thankful for the friendly help.

I had a fantastic experience at Sally Beauty in Cambridge. I decided I would try my hand at colouring and highlighting my own hair. Ariel (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly) was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything I needed to do, and even wrote down step by step instructions. I haven’t had such a great customer service experience like that in a long time. Thanks Ariel!
Place is great except when the associates constantly come up and ask if you need help. I shouldn't feel like the need to tell everyone to leave me alone. Associates need better training to back off customers.
