I’ve been to this location twice in one week and the same associate with bleach blonde hair has approached me not to aid me in helping me find the product I’m shopping for but to question if my hair is real and reaching out to touch it. My wife and I shopped at Sally Beauty in Cambridge today, and had excellent service that we felt was above and beyond what we expected. The lady that helped us was I believe the store manager, Renata. She took time to advise us about our purchases and was clearly very knowledgeable about them. We left there having received what can be quite rare these days, "Good service"!!
I love this place! The girls are very nice and helpful.
Last time I was in Sally’s a woman I believe was the manager seriously wouldn’t leave me alone. I was walking around and she came and just stood and stared at me before she went and bugged someone else. Then she came back like twice more? I was ready to check out and we chatted which led to her trying to force a bunch of products on me. I stuck to what I originally wanted and said maybe next time.
