Dee was very aggressive when we walked in she yelled from the back of the store instead of approaching us and asking us if we needed help with anything she said “Are you looking for something specific” nothing else after that. A customer before us mentioned she liked her sweater and the cashier responded with “It’s my dead cousins.” and the woman visibly got uncomfortable. First stop after my hair cuts!!
Cleanliness- isles were clean and items were organized. Staff fixed things as they passed by. Customer care/service- no where near as attentive ad they should be. Walked in with front counter (smokey eye makeup with long purple nails talking about plans. I had questions. * hey. I have 2 questions about nail products and brow colors* "okay. What are your questions" * can I get some help and clarification on these products?* When they answered the questions it was only in a condescending tone.
