Be careful of the staff's advice! I ended up with bleached hair that I didn't want. Staff was rude. He said I should have read the directions and do a strand test first. I trusted his advice and instructions, and then he wanted to blame me for it. I came in the store to buy a less harsh product but then trusted his recommendation. I was very disappointed how I got treated! He gave me a bad attitude!!! Will never go back there again!!!
I have always had a good experience at Sally Beauty, the staff is always helpful, the products are just what I need I will continue my hair needs with Sally Beauty at Windward City shopping center. Carol
