Cleanliness- isles were clean and items were organized. Staff fixed things as they passed by. Customer care/service- no where near as attentive ad they should be. Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Sayde and when she did get to helping me out I noticed how attentive and super helpful in staff, great customer service, mahalo. Super great

I recently started to focus on my hair care and didn't find the help I was looking for anywhere else but here. Being a male, this is the first time in my life I had any interest in putting effort into my hair, as I have been growing it out for quite some time. Safe to say I had many, many questions. Be careful of the staff's advice! I ended up with bleached hair that I didn't want. Staff was rude. He said I should have read the directions and do a strand test first. I trusted his advice and instructions, and then he wanted to blame me for it. I came in the store to buy a less harsh product but then trusted his recommendation. I was very disappointed how I got treated! He gave me a bad attitude!!! Will never go back there again!!!
