My grandma was trying to pay and Belkin I think was her name was very rude to my grandma, she speaks Spanish but she didn’t wanted to help her in Spanish. Very poor service of her.

Zayna the store manager was Amazing!!! I was there promptly at 10 to get some new clippers to line myself up later tonight and Zayna was super friendly, helpful, and caring throughout my time in the store. Needless to say I got the clippers and you've got a Customer while Zayna's around.

Cameron/Cami (with the purple hair at the time of my visit) is simply amazing. Skyler as well. I wanted to switch up from my usual color & needed help, they both helped me out so much & picked out the perfect color for me. I went based on their suggested brand because mine was out of the color I was looking for. I love it more than the last! They knew what they were talking about, super friendly, & overall just made my experience great. It was my first time in this store, and thanks to Cammy, it was a great experience! I really appreciated Cammy's expertise and willingness to educate a hair color newbie like me. He even wrote down the formulas, which I followed to a T. Based on his suggestions, I bought color and developer that worked beautifully, and didn't cause any reactions on my sensitive skin. I'll be back - as long as Cammy is there.
