Horrible experience. Got hair extensions from them 2 years ago and wanted to get the same pair FOR MY WEDDING. I brought my old extensions and had them color match and the woman matched the wrong color (the clips were even COMPLETELY different colors. She repeatedly told me they are the same color and that heat can change the extensions (I was skeptical) I went to my hair dresser for my wedding hair trial and she told me they don’t match and advised I return them for a different color. It’s honestly a hit or miss with the staff unless you know exactly what you are doing and looking for. Dyed my hair recently and I’ve been doing it myself for years but this time the ends are darker than the top. I hate it. Half the time I feel like the staff does not know what they are talking about. I know a decent amount about coloring and cutting my own hair, but the color that was recommended was still way darker than what I wanted and what I showed them. And they will always force the shampoos and conditioners on you.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I was in there browsing around and the whole time I was over hearing the manager Jessica. She was talking to a coworker about another one stating so many horrible things. Basically creating a hostile work environment. If I was a employee here I would have contacted HR and complained. It was very unprofessional and the things said were definitely not manager material being snotty and so unkind. I've been a great customer for a long time now.
