Horrible experience. Got hair extensions from them 2 years ago and wanted to get the same pair FOR MY WEDDING. I brought my old extensions and had them color match and the woman matched the wrong color (the clips were even COMPLETELY different colors. She repeatedly told me they are the same color and that heat can change the extensions (I was skeptical) I went to my hair dresser for my wedding hair trial and she told me they don’t match and advised I return them for a different color.
