I used to go to this location all the time after work. I'd stop on my way home to get my hair color, earrings, shampoo and conditioner and whatever else I wanted. Well, the last time I was there.... I was getting out of my car... And one of the employees parked next to me. She swung her door open so hard it dinged my car. She looked at me closed her door and sat in her car. Yesterday I bought a medium ash blonde dye and as I was applying something didn’t seems right as the color started to look a dark orange red ish color … I am honestly pissed off by this. My hair is literally a dark red 🤦🏼♀️ not what I was wanting so I’m soooo confused how the box said medium ash blonde but dye ended up red … this is just unacceptable. I don’t know if it’s Sally’s fault or the brand . But I hate this red 🤦🏼♀️
Do not recommend. Ordered online using a gift card I had and within 2 hours they had cancelled it without a reason and now I’m unable to use the gift card that I had used on the order. $50 gone just like that. Awful experience, this is why I stick with Amazon for my hair needs. Never again attempting to spend a dime here for the rest of my existence.
The woman working was extremely helpful and nice. This will definitely be my go to Sally's shop! (Even if I have to drive a little further, we need a store downtown!)
