Staff was not friendly or helpful. They pointed me to the wrong products for highlighting my hair. Wasted my money. And, the credit card machine wasn’t even working. Seriously poorly run.

Amazing place to purchase clip in hair extensions! 2014 I needed to fix a Walmart hair cut and die. To resolve the problem, I purchased from Sally’s. I took extensions out in Brunswick lol! Luckily I’m older now and deal with my natural hair. Haven’t needed them since! Weirdly I associate Sally’s with Sallie Mae - paid in full account with that too. Thank goodness. Appreciate Sally’s beauty. Showing up to classes can be a challenge, however it is required to graduate! :)

This is the best spot around for quality and affordable beauty products. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly! I went in today with very little knowledge on what I was looking for mostly regarding skincare, and the employee Arnie was incredibly helpful! They made me feel no pressure in the recommendations they suggested, but rather gave very helpful information and comparisons along with providing personal experience with their own uses of the brands.
