Super helpful and intelligent!
I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The people are always nice and helpful or try to find a way to help. Until today when we went in to get some hair dye. We were having trouble finding a brown that didn't have red in it, so my mom politely went up to the lady working to see if she'd mind helping. She said "sigh I guess." And then just grabbed a red un dye packet and told me to add it to any color and "it should prevent the red from coming through" not wanting red at all we decided to not do that. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They pointed me to the wrong products for highlighting my hair. Wasted my money. And, the credit card machine wasn’t even working. Seriously poorly run.
