Bought semi permanent dye, it wasn’t put in the right spot so I grabbed what I thought was a brown color. Got home and realized it was a red color after I started putting it in my hair. I had my husband go back to get me the correct color and they still made him pay for the new color. Make sure you read the bottles because they aren’t in the correct places at the shop.
absolute angels on earth work at this sally’s. i came in like 15 min before close when they were packed with ppl AND i needed a ton of help too!! they were sweet courteous knowledgeable and got me everything i needed and more!! thank you thank you thank you xoxoxoxo

I just came out of here at 4:17pm 5/25/26 and the woman who helped me was so kind and helped me find everything I needed. I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond to help me find the list of things I was looking for!!
