Everyone is always super welcoming and helpful when having questions about products or sales.
I made an order online for the “two hour delivery” that included shampoo, conditioner, hair color, and after color hair treatment. The order arrived and instead of the tube of after color treatment ($8+), I received a tiny 0.5oz single use pack of something completely different. I called the number on the website and the lady was absolutely NO help, telling me to go to the store to exchange the item. I PAID to have the CORRECT items delivered for a reason, and someone should have been sent out to exchange the item, but inste... read more
