Super disappointed. I did an online order for in store pickup so I could use a deal for buy 2 gel polishes and get one free. Two of the polishes were out of stock. I thought, no big deal the email says I can talk to an associate about substituting the out of stock items. I head to the store and the store associates tell me that they can’t do this. Terrible customer service, not worth the hassle, visit Ulta or Amazon.
Always have great service and options here.
Walked in to get some nails. Greeted by what appeared to be a child screaming the greeting. Then was looking around all I heard was cussing. Asked to use the bathroom was told it's under construction. Lol good lord. I'll skip you and order online from now on.
