Extremely rude and prejudice staff
I gave 3 stats because of the clerk, I dislike on line shopping, I prefer to touch my products and get a feel for the quality of the product. This was also a teaching opportunity as my granddaughter has expressed an intrest in the cosmetology field. In person shopping would have been the preferred method of teaching. Super disappointed. I did an online order for in store pickup so I could use a deal for buy 2 gel polishes and get one free. Two of the polishes were out of stock. I thought, no big deal the email says I can talk to an associate about substituting the out of stock items. I head to the store and the store associates tell me that they can’t do this.
