Super disappointed. I did an online order for in store pickup so I could use a deal for buy 2 gel polishes and get one free. Two of the polishes were out of stock. I thought, no big deal the email says I can talk to an associate about substituting the out of stock items. I head to the store and the store associates tell me that they can’t do this. Call the 1-800 number and was told that I could return the one item and make another online order. Kinda defeats the purpose of putting in the email that I could substitute at the ... read more
Says online it is open until 6 today but sign on door has it closed.
Terrible customer service, not worth the hassle, visit Ulta or Amazon.
