they lied to me about a color remover, it did nothing for my hair but killed it and i had a very important emergency the next day. They are all unexperienced and their lucky I don’t go up there and sue

I was told I could bring any returns back to this store even thoni had my receipt for the stuff I was returning. And I only ever shopped at this store twice.
So I haven’t been in a Sally’s in a while bc as all professionals know—they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! I mean synthetic bundles for $90.00 OVERPRICED! But anyways I went in there last week and purchased some color from L’Oréal/HIGHLIFT line. While there I looked at lashes and hot tools and also helped the African American customers these employees weren’t doing so good at helping.
