So I haven’t been in a Sally’s in a while bc as all professionals know—they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! I mean synthetic bundles for $90.00 OVERPRICED! But anyways I went in there last week and purchased some color from L’Oréal/HIGHLIFT line. While there I looked at lashes and hot tools and also helped the African American customers these employees weren’t doing so good at helping. The women here have no real knowledge of afro textured hair but act as if they do. But I guess I shouldn't expect that from a place like this. I was initially apprehensive about accepting help from her but I thought since she was the licensed colorist she would know what she was talking about. Don't offer to help if you don't know what you're talking about.
