This is the second time i have come in and have been followed around by staff after letting them know i was not in need of any help. when i asked if they follow all thier customers around, or just me? i was told i was being rude and agressive by staff ( a short bold chubby woman and the onther another blond with an undercut BOTH WHITE). and said " this is our job" and the other customer (a white lady) was treated in the complete opposite manner!!! how do i get ahold of corporate this is unacceptable- i felt so targeted i had... read more

I absolutely love this place! For the longest time i assumed that it was goin to be overpriced..but its really not..cheaper then freddys! Plus its always such a joy to shop here..the ladies are always so welcoming and helpful. Especially Bailey! That girl will chat your ear off like your old friends! Excellent customer service skills ! Give that girl a raise!

i come in here to buy hair dye sometimes and bailey always helps me out and walks me thru everything i need to know super helpful i recommend coming here

I think its worth noting that our store has been closed due to AC breaking. However, i want to.praise this store & its manager for opening to the public anyway. I was told that to keep employees/customers cool, the manager bought drinks/fans & did not pressure employees to stay in the hot weather. If you are not happy with service from this store, i ask you to put yourself in their shoes, i think they are doing an awesome job!! Kudos!
