I usually just buy my hair dye at Walmart along with my other groceries, but they were out of the color there and also at Sally’s, but the assistant manager Liz helped me find the exact color I needed in a different brand. Very knowledgeable in her field! Definitely gained a customer!
They failed to remove sale tags from displays and then refuse to honor the posted sale price. No visible date on the tag, unless you work there and know what the series of tiny numbers in the left corner stand for. I guess as customers, we are expected to know this as well.
Tina at Sally’s in kearney is amazing!! She really helped me find everything I needed and it was my first time ever in there. She listened to me and was overall so helpful!
