They helped find an item that several other stores / brands nearby didn’t carry, although “online only” at the other places appeared available, the item was showing me online as available for Pickup; just not pickup same—day as the order. Anyways, Sally’s had exactly what I searched for at Best Buy in Bend & Target, Walmart in redmond & Ulta, too. None of those places had the item despite showing online, but Sally’s which doesn’t appear online did actually carry the item & they carry apparently 1 at a time, when dealing with... read more
Incredibly rude worker we had to go twice because she told us the wrong thing and my hair was messed up and wrong color she was talking about us while we were right there and said "sh she's coming" while we were walking back to the counter. She had blue and black hair and should be talked to about costumer service i will not go back if she's working again she was incredibly rude to us and makes us not want to be there
