Apparently, the people that work at this Sally's location here in Anderson get to pick and choose when their hours are going to be. I got here at 7:53pm and the store's supposed to close at 8. There is still an employee in here, but the door is locked and every light is out other than 2 above the register. I only needed 2 last minute things that I know right where they are at. I could have very easily grabbed and been out of the store before eight o'clock but the girl did not even offer to let me in.

cashier said I could return and exchange a hair dye with the original receipt if I had problems with it and I tried to return the hair dye and exchange it and was told no. Very disappointed with them. They shouldn't say one thing and then do another. Very bad service....

Always friendly and quite knowledgeable staff. It's been a decade since I've touched my hair with any dyes or bleach, but I've left there feeling confident and prepared and ready to have some awesome blue hair! Only con is that I wish I more money to spend! :)

What they say they have on the website they do not have in stores, went there for 1 certain thing and they didn't have it even though it said they did online 😥
