Let me tell you about Mia!!!! She is an angel and I’m so grateful for her. I came in after I used Color Oops to remove the burgundy out of my hair. My hair was a super coppery orange when I came in. I showed her pictures of my natural color which I wanted to return to but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a semi permanent just in case I didn’t like it. I should’ve taken the bad blue hair job as a warning sign — it matched the attitude perfectly. The sales associate acted like every simple question was a personal attack. She was quick to get offended and not much of a listener. I came in ready to spend money and left feeling like there was no one there who could give an educated suggestion. If you’re looking for good service or actual beauty advice, save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

Many years coming to Sallys several locations in Broward when I have a hair crisis.The staff are always helpful. Nicolas however is exceptionally the Best! Thank you for being so awesome in such stressful situation. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back again.
