Just checked out the new location and was helped by Sophia! She was able to help me pick out the BEST color it turned out so so cute and she also recommended an amazing shampoo for swimmers (we use the local y and they use a TON of chlorine so I was stoked I didn’t even know this product existed!!!) 10/10 experience and my now go to color for fall!! Thank you so much ❤️

This Sally's store in Monroe is absolutely terrific and it's because of the wonderful personnel that work there. They are so helpful regarding everything from hair color to nails. They have a vast knowledge of the products they carry. I recently had to return some nail polish that I bought and they couldn't have been more helpful with helping me make my new selection. I go there all the time and every time I go everyone is extremely helpful.

Thank you to the nice blonde girl there today that helped me with my lashes and gave me tips on how to apply them. Went home and followed her tips and it was way easier than it was before. ♥️

The store is fine, but I think they might be making up their rules about the return policy. Maybe each store can do that, but I looked all over online for their rule that a product can't be more than 75% used to get the "love the results or return it guarantee". The product was a color remover kit with a liquid, powder, and serum you mix all together in an applicator bottle that doesn't close. I love Sally's I always go there for my hair dye but of course cause covid you can't get any small or single packs of gloves and their boxes are $15.. 😳
