She was the rudest person I have ever met. I went there to buy a comb and found the one that I really like. before paying for it I used it to comb my hair thinking it was okay as I was going to pay for it anyway. Basically the people who work there all have poor communication skills and aren't very friendly in general. I purchased something there once, and called a day later to ask if they accept returns with a receipt. The person working there said no, they would only exchange it. I said, "so you don't issue refunds with a receipt?" (just to clarify/confirm the question), and she said no. I checked the website and it said they do issue refunds with receipts, so I called another location (in saugus) to ask them the same question. The... read more
