I would leave NO STARS if it would let me. If Amanda is the manager she should be shown the door. Very unprofessional, but I have always found this stores staffs to be that way---always talking about inappropriate things, on their cell phones, or in the back doing something. I am going to start to drive to Dothan or order produsts online. After being a customer since the store opened, NO MORE.
The employees at this Sally s were less than professional. Crystal, who checked me out, barely said anything to me unless it was to see my id or sign a receipt.

I attempted to purchase an item, which was out of stock, last week. I was told by the sales person that they would be processing an order that day or the next. Orders would then be received the following week. I was under the impression they were going to order the item. I called this week & was told the truck was a day late coming in, which would have been Wednesday. I went to the store Thursday and was told they did not receive the item, maybe next week. Sally Beauty Supply in El Dorado had all African American employees even the manager was African American. The store has really improved within the past 6 months under the direction of the current Manager. Corporate and the District Manager David Owens could not let this happen. A Caucasian Manager has now been hired because there were too many Blacks running this store. How many times have you walked into a store where all the employees were White?
