I’m giving this location five stars thanks to Katey and Addy! Their customer service was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond by not only helping me with my purchase, but also taking the time to thoroughly educate me about the products. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience exceptional. These two are true assets to the team and absolutely deserve recognition (and a raise!).

I had such a great experience with Lexi! I was planning to dye my hair at home for the first time—going from red to brown—and she guided me through every step. She showed me exactly what I needed and made the whole process so easy. I ended up saving $250 by doing it myself, and it turned out amazing!
