You have hired an amazingly friendly and knowledgable person in Lexi. She is very professional, and I walked out enouraged my hair would be okay after all!
Was going in looking for a toner to lighten my blonde and RYANN (older women with short blonde hair) recommend me something else and It turned my entire head brown and I went back in for a return and she was extremely rude and kept repeating “ I’m licensed I think I know what I’m talking about” when she obviously didn’t. Don’t take any advice from her she is very disrespectful and tries to make you feel bad for her mistake by saying that it’s your fault rather than taking ownership.
