Receptionist attitude is absolutely disgusting agent made a racial remark towards me

The doctors here have a complete disregard for patients' time; they scheduled an appointment but made me wait for an hour.
Yesterday I needed to schedule an appointment, and I had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists. I don’t remember her name, but she was a Black woman, approximately 40 years old or older. When I arrived at the front desk, I informed her that I don’t speak English very well, but that I would try to communicate. She said it was not a problem and asked for my name, which I provided. I don't understand how a place with such wonderful doctors, nurses and healthcare workers allow such horrible receptionist, mind you they're the first contact that a patient has with the facility, I can't say the name of the lady in question because she didn't even have a proper name tag that I could read, but was extremely rude and poorly cooperative, was a black lady in her 40/50 years old that even when I tried to take care of my business with the other receptionist she mistreated me.
