Sally, who I’ve known for a number of years, bravely agreed to be my real estate agent. My house had “promise,” but needed a great deal of work. I was advised by several friends to sell it “as is,” and at first Sally was willing to explore that idea with me. I also wanted to leave furniture, etc. in the house in order to stage it. Sally thought that houses looked better and larger with everything moved out, but went along with the staging idea for awhile. She did advise me, at the very minimum, to have it painted. We loved everything about working with Sally! She is patient after looking at what felt like a hundred homes. Though she wants to be sure you’re 200% satisfied with your decision! She is honest and won’t sugar coat if there’s a sore eye in the room which was important to us because we had no background knowledge as former renters. She has decades of experience and we felt comfortable as she walked us through the process as first time homeowners.
