I had a chemo port inserted on 5/6/26. I was supposed to have a telehealth meeting with Dr. Jones on 5/24 but unfortunately she had to do an emergency surgery and missed the appointment. Unfortunately there was no call or follow up. I was disappointed that they didn’t bother to call me and let me know either! Then yesterday I had another appointment with her that someone else cancelled without telling me! So I haven’t seen her for any post-op Visits. Now I’m not scheduled to see her until July!
Dr. Jones was very personable, through and kind, I was happy with what she had to say about my overall health and I would recommend her to my family and friends in the future.
I could not be more grateful for Dr. Jones. She cared for me with a wealth of knowledge, compassion and kindness
