No Problems Fine to deal with. The complainers are likely people who were evicted or damaged the place and didn't get security back.
Good Choice Shown lots of places to choose from. Smooth transaction. No complaints and its been a year and a half.
SLUM LORDS Do not rent from Sall Associates! They promise you everything under the sun, and never deliver. I had a list of repairs when I first moved in, and they fixed the two least important things and nothing else, with no intention of returning. The apartments are not cleaned or maintained. I am stuck upkeeping my own apartment for sanitary living conditions because they won't do it themselves. These are horrible landlords. DO NOT RENT FROM Sall Associates!
Bed bugs all over their complexes Sall Associates is HORRIBLE. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM. I currently have a bed bug issue and they won't take care of it. I live in an apartment complex and it is difficult to treat just one apartment with success. I also have had a leaky roof and the company uses SKETCHY repair guys to do SHODDY repairs that don't last. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Do not let their fake personalities draw you into signing a lease. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I did not get a response for 2 full months on 512 Reynolds Rd in Johnson City, NY. When I finally did, they lied and manipulated me into rushing to put my deposit in (showed the apartment to another family at the same time). Wrote a review on Google over a week ago but it isn't showing up. The heavy lady that cleans is very racist! Walked by with my children to her saying stupid n****** can't clean up after them selfs stay away unless your rich and white.
