I currently “rent” from this management company. At first they were extremely friendly. But no do much the case anymore. I have experienced neighbors that don’t mow, a yard that is a swamp due to the poor drainage that they won’t fix, a leaking water valve and constant brown water (which I may add was tested to have fecal, yes, FECAL matter in it). AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Do not let their fake personalities draw you into signing a lease. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I did not get a response for 2 full months on 512 Reynolds Rd in Johnson City, NY. When I finally did, they lied and manipulated me into rushing to put my deposit in (showed the apartment to another family at the same time). Never rent from these people my apt got flooded they didn't do anything to help fix the apt. To cheap to hire professionals worse renting experience ever stay away from these people they never return your calls and do nothing to help you
Wrote a review on Google over a week ago but it isn't showing up. The heavy lady that cleans is very racist! Walked by with my children to her saying stupid n****** can't clean up after them selfs stay away unless your rich and white.
I have been a tenant since January of 2016 and I have seen first hand that Sall Associates deals with all sorts of people. They are the middle man for the owners and a lot of times need to get the approval from the owners in order to go forward with the maintenance requests. Sometimes it may take up to two weeks for mait. issues to get addressed but is due to the owner of the unit having their own mait. that comes in town to do the work. There are people with a heart working for this company. They don't get it all right all the time, but my experience with the office has been great, and they are always kind and helpful.
