We had SUCH a fun trip to Salishan this summer! We found a deal for them on Sharing Spree so we decided to check them - we hadn't been there before even though we've driven by numerous times. We had SUCH a great time! I thought it was really cool that we could grab golf clubs and go play mini golf anytime we wanted to at no charge and the fire at night for s'mores was so great! Salishan Lodge & Golf Resort near Lincoln City leaves much to be desired – Salishan is in a beautiful setting and the rooms and grounds are quite lovely and well kept (except mechanically). The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful, but are not at all knowledgeable about food, wine, and especially customer service. I would like to emphazise that most of the people working at Salishan were very pleasant and made efforts to be helpful, I just don't think Salishan offers any training whatsoever.
