I had heard wonderful things about the staff, meaning the nurses and therapists, and all were excellent, HOWEVER when I had to deal with the vice president, Ann Marie, she was extremely condescending and took many phone calls and weeks to respond and once she did respond she was very short and dismissive, because of this I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this agency, which is unfortunate as the nurses were very Compassionate! The agency would be better off without her!
A wonderful place to work! The staff is amazing and cares so much for the people in the NW corner of CT. I feel so fortunate to be a part of the SVNA team!
