So I was late on my payment this month the girl ronisha was SO RUDE N UNPROFESSIONAL ITS PATHETIC! Ronisha did not call me like she was supposed to to tell me about my late payment. All she did was slap a red lock on my door and then she was ignoring about it.!!! It’s one thing to do your job. The employees are rude
My sister and I purchased this unit as we are headed out of state for college. The process ran okay when purchasing our unit- besides there being a confusion for a promotion they had listed on their website about getting a storage unit and having the first month free. We get to the company to pay and they state that we have to stay in there for a certain amount of time in order to have the promotion. So we had to pay a higher price than expected.
