Unreasonable fee model. Must remove lock and clear out unit the. Report it not in use within 10 days of the 5th of the month. If you remove the lock they threaten to charge you for a replacement lock and to put a new lock on it for you within 2 days. There is no reason they cannot rent out the old unit again the day it was confirmed no longer needed by the customer and it was empty without lock yet they still try to squeeze another month out of you.
1 star due to 0 not being a option. I called made a reservation for March 8th to April 8th and was told on April 8th I would have to pay 200 dollars even though we would be moving out. The gentlemen I delt with Saturday was very hospitable and accommodating however, the lady is almost unbelievably rude. If you don't know how to speak to people customer service should not be your job. I cancelled our reservation before even moving in. Not upset, Not mad, keep the money, you lost a customer!
I loved how my most important things were protected. Just make sure that you stay on top of your payments
