After having my mower in another authorized service center for a week and them telling me they were trying to get in touch with Husqvarna for a fix action. I picked up my broken mower and drove an hour to Salisbury power equipment. Andrew fixed my mower in less than 10 minutes while Elizabeth talked to me about other mowers. GREAT SERVICE PERIOD. Absolutely awesome customer service by Daniel and Elizabeth for going that extra mile to help us to get the zero turn mower my husband wanted. My husband cant stop talking about the mower and how much more it does compared to a traditional riding mower. He has mowed with several other brands and by far this Ferris zero turn mower has them all beat. Hubby states it rides like a Cadillac.
