We used to have the paper delivered, but it got to where we wouldn't get it and we didn't get ANY of the Sunday coupons and store sales inside of it.
Very poor delivery service. Usually miss a paper delivery once to twice per week. I have attempted to contact newspaper but on get a voicemail. Appears no one is ever available. This paper USED to be stellar but now has really declined on it's customer service. I have to go by the Salisbury Post circulation department to get a paper on the days missed.
I used to have the newspaper delivered at my house for 5 straight years never missed a payment.. because I have automatically draft.. suddenly we stopped getting the paper for 5 days in a row....so I call and lady was very rude....they told me the manager will call me ....still waiting for that call... eventually I went in there and see if they give me a solution....nope....same rude lady in there....so I ended my subscription....very poor service....never apologize or trying to figure out where was the problem...
New carrier = weeks of frustration. Had to call circulation every day for the last two weeks to get a paper. Saturday = no one answering at the Post. No voicemail, no rollover, hangs up on you after about 8 rings. I might have a little sympathy if I hadn't delivered the Observer for over 3 years. It's not that hard. Really, it's not.
