When I'm in a lot of pain. Salisbury Musculoskeletal is the place to be. Dr. Nelson work hard to keep me walking and keep movement in my Fibromyalgia trigger points.
Dr. Nelson has me feeling better than I have in years. I highly recommend him if you are having back or neck issues.
