The guy that answered the phone on 2/5/26 lacks customer service skills. I wouldn't expect much out of someone answering phones at a storage facility, but at least dignity and respect should be a standard baseline. Expect the worst if you call. Update: Someone named Curtis from this location called me after I made a reservation online (before the initial phone call). The condescending tone and unprofessionalism is real with this person. AVOID
