Very friendly secretary(s) who will do their utmost to help with your medical visits and follow-ups. Bulk billing facility and caring Doctor on duty Absolutely recommend this surgery for its diverse medical coverage which includes dental, physio,blood screening, care planning etc. To date; not sure if still accepting new patients as this surgery is generally very busy but a phone call would soon sort that!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable and blatantly rude behavior of the receptionist at this clinic. From the moment I arrived her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. She spoke in a condescending tone, showed zero patience when I asked a question about my appointment and made me feel like I was bothering her just by speaking. I book appointment on Friday told the young receptionist I swapping GPs, I was late for my appointment by 5 minutes because I tripped and fell on my way to doctors, I said to the old lady at reception I had fell and sorry I was late. She kept questioning me on medication over and over and I said I'm not taking anything . I said need see the doctor for a sick leave notice . She said they Don't take new clients.
