I can not begin to tell you how great the service was that I had there. My daughter had messed her bike up and the chain would not stay on it at all. I took it in on a Saturday and was told no problem we will have it fixed you can pick it up Monday. The guys were great there. If we are looking for a new bike or need anything for our bikes it is the place we are going! Thanks for fixing my daughters bike.👍
I will never buy a bike from them again
So impressed with the knowledge, merchandise and helpfulness of everyone in the shop. Over a period of four days I was helped by Buz, Taylor, Alton and someone else whose name I didn’t catch. I rode away with a bike, bike rack, helmet, gloves, pump, sadlebag etc. Buz did all the adjustments so the bike fits me like a glove. Salisbury Cycle really delivers like a well oiled machine. Wow! A grateful client
Horrible customer service, took my daughters bike there to get fixed and they didn’t even bother to try and fix it and when I went to pick the bike up the employees wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Horrible place will never go there again.

I discovered this shop about 10 years ago when I retired and bought a Fuji that has served me well over the years. This year I decided to add an adult Trike to my collection so I could exercise my retired sled dog team after my double knee replacement surgery. The service was awesome and by adapting some gear I got the perfect setup so I could exercise 1 or 2 dogs at the time AND my new knees as well! Win. Win. Win. You guys rock! 5 stars from me.
