I came in to ship a milwaukee tool for repair and the guy at the counter, heavier set, with glasses was the most rude person I've dealt with in a long time and lazy at that! Ill definitely be talking to the higher ups because that guy doesn't belong in customer service

Mark, is pretty unknowedagble about his own products. And frankly pretty rude about it. So if you need the sealed samaung battery cells pulled out of your milwaukee batteries and new ones spot welded in this isn't the place. Mci battery will do it but you have to mail it to them if you don't wanna order the cells yourself. Which is disappointing because milwaukee lists Salisbury as a certified repair place.
