I ordered an arrangement through ftd that was supposed to be their top tier (exquisite) sized arrangement what I received was subpar in size. It was described as being approximately 20" tall by 20" in width the bouquet that was sent was less than 12" in width. I called to have a new arrangement sent out and was told that what I received was appropriate and refused to make a replacement.
