My mothers appt was at 9:00. We were only ones here that i know of. 9:20 I asked if her appt was at 9:00 and the verified then said Dr over slept and not sure when would be in. Really? The test she needs lasts an hour and I must leave in 50 minutes. Unbelieveable and Very Unprofessional! The receptionist said all she could say is sorry in a smart assy way. Dr Crebonna Miller came in about 9:45.No apology for being late, nothing. There will NOT be another set of hearing aids bought from here after these!
They wanted $1000 to upgrade a hearing aid that, according to the manufacturer as well as other audiologist, couldn’t be done. When questioned, they told me the others are wrong.
RecommendedI had ordered a replacement hearing aid which was still under warranty. I was the only one in the office. the receptionist asked for my other aid and the audiologist took it back and paired them up. just getting used to them again.
Excellent and very thoughtful and friendly! Been seeing them for 25 years.
What a great place and great people. Had my hearing test here but due to insurance restrictions couldn't use them for my hearing aids. Seen within a few minutes of my appointment time which is very rare nowadays.Helpful and knowledgable. My wife has been using them for years and speaks very highly of them.
Ms Lisa had such patience with my mom. Listened to her and helped to the best of her ability. Prompt on appts.
