I called ahead and provided the exact tire size I wanted for my Mercedes Sprinter. I was told the tires were in stock, and we agreed on a price. Based on that information, I drove to the shop and left my van with them. When I returned, I found they had mounted the wrong tire size. Instead of the size we agreed on, they installed smaller tires and then told me they didn't have the correct size available.
