Do not order from this company. Ordered on the 22nd, over a week ago. No communication, no tracking information. Says 1-3 day shipping if it ever ships. Keep seeing them advertise all over instagram, what a scam. Save your money.
I made my purchase on the 23rd and have a tight window to get these in the ground as my growing season is not like Fresno’s. No tracking number and no information and I paid for expedited shipping that said 1-3 business days. At least shipped out in 1-3 business days.
Ordered 5 plants from them on July 6 and it said 3 day shipping. I expected a few additional days for them to put the order together. It is now July 13 and they still haven't sent the items to UPS. Only a label created. I've emailed them twice and gotten no responses.
This company is not reputable.They do not ship on time and there is no way of communicating with them except for a support email address that always automates a.response with no action ever taken. You can search for a number on Google and when called always states that “the mailbox is full”. I requested a refund and will report to The Better Business Bureau if not honored. My online reviews will be tenacious also without a refund. Buyer Beware.
