Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Dr. Salinas saw our newborn in the hospital (we had actually signed up to see another pediatrician in the group) and then again 6 days later for a routine follow-up appointment in her Stone Oak office. I was extrememly disappointed in her level of care. She did not thoroughly exam my newborn and was evasive to my questions. I am a very patient and polite person.
